MacDowell has awarded fellowships to 149 artists to participate in its 2025 fall and winter residencies. Among the spring-summer fellows are such writers as Elif Batuman, Susan Choi, Evan Gershkovich, Elisa Gonzalez, Sarah LaBrie, Sabrina Orah Mark, Leila Mottley, and Ayelet Waldman.
