Book Aid International Moves to Larger Warehouse
U.K. nonprofit Book Aid International has moved to a new warehouse in Swindon, England, from which it will begin sending books on October 1. The warehouse has more than twice the capacity of its previous one in Camberwell, which is now closed and can no longer receive book donations.
The charity welcomes all offers of new books, whether overstocks, returns or office copies. Book Aid International’s new address for all book donations is:
Units 5 & 6 Ravenseft Park
Cheney Manor
Swindon
Wiltshire
SN2 2QP
The charity has also hired two new staffers to support and coordinate publishers’ book donations.
Sally Murphy joins Book Aid International as partnerships manager. She leads on Book Aid International’s book acquisitions and is the key point of contact for all donations of stock.
Oliver Lee joins Book Aid International as operations manager and will work with publishers to schedule and receive deliveries into the Swindon warehouse.
