Random House Nabs Lena Dunham’s Next Memoir

Andy Ward at Random House acquired North American rights to Famesick by Lena Dunham from Bill Clegg at the Clegg Agency. The publisher described the memoir as “a frank, deeply personal reflection on illness, fame, sex, and everything in between” in which the Girls creator “explores—among many other things—whether fulfilling her creative ambitions has been worth the pain it’s caused.”

Publication is set for April 14, 2026.
