That's what novelist Katharine Weber offers in a new novel to be called The Little Women, which was just sold, as part of a two-book deal, to John Glusman at FSG. The second novel will draw on the experiences of Weber's grandmother, who worked at the turn of the century at New York City's infamous Triangle Shirtwaist factory.
